Services

We provide a full spectrum of investigative services for your claim investigation needs including:

Surveillance

Surveillance documentation can be the single most credible piece of evidence to help identify and overturn fraudulent claims. The expertise of our highly skilled investigators coupled with the use of the most advanced technologies allows us to monitor and record activity in a variety of situations.

Alive & Well Checks

Alive and Well Checks are used to determine the up-to-the-minute status of a claimant. The investigation is conducted in a professional and tactful manner and involves an in-person interview to determine a claimant's general health and current medical treatment, verification of employment and/or disability status, home environment, physical restrictions, hobbies and activities, description of a "day in the life", and other vitals.

AOE/COE Investigations

AOE/COE (Arising Out of Employment / Course of Employment) investigations are an effective tool to control Workers' Compensation costs and are most effective when they commence early on in the claim. AOE/COE investigations not only help determine whether an alleged injury was work-related, but can also expedite the claimant's return to work. We cover a wide range of services, including proper documentation of witness statements, evidence, and the claimant's account of the event.

Background Checks

Background Check Investigations take a comprehensive look at a claimant's criminal and civil history, liens and judgments, bancruptcy, motor vehicle records, professional licenses, and property ownership.

Social Media Search

Social Media Searches are an invaluable investigative tool when seeking evidence or information about claimants. Our investigators scan social media sites to uncover and record a claimant's digital footprint, collecting information that may include social network posts, date and time stamps of specific locations or activities, friends and associates, hobbies and other interest, photos, videos, and much more. This information is then monitored and reported back throughout the course of the investigation, allowing for real-time monitoring by claims professionals.
